Work time: Morning: 8 AM – 12 PM; Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 6 PM (Monday – Friday)
Income: Basic salary + Commission
Basic salary: 9.000.000 – 15.000.000 VND/month (depend on your performance)
Job Description
- Manage Internal team:
– Manage team members, allocate equally tasks for members in your team, and guarantee to keep up the deadline;
– Make sure members of your team complete their tasks rightly and in time;
– Report all activities in your team;
– Make sure that the budget is divided rightly, and all projects are completed as scheduled in the budget;
– Be responsible for tracking the tasks; guarantee that all projects are completed in time and achieved the committed KPIs;
– Find suppliers with competitive fees; check and approve new outsourcings;
– Report directly to COO;
– Work closely with other teams as well to make sure that all projects are implementing well.
- Client
– Work directly with the Clients to make sure that the KPIs are completed as scheduled in the budget;
– Understand clients’ needs; provide the services and distribute in suggesting, making plans based on clients’ requirements and then implementing the plans;
– Report monthly the progress of the project to clients.
Job Requirement
– Have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant;
– Have at least two – year experience in the relevant positions;
– Fluent in English (IELTS from 6.0 to above), be able to communicate directly with foreign clients;
– Have abilities to manage Marketing Campaigns;
– Have flexibility, logical and strategic mindset;
– Catch up the market trends;
– Be energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated;
– Excel communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, convincing skills;
– Have outstanding management ability.
– Be professional in planning.
– Have an excellent ability of managing projects
– Have excellent office skills;
– Have a personal laptop.
